At Cherry Blossom Creche Sandyford, we believe that having qualified, experienced and caring staff is the most important element in any childcare facility. We pride ourselves in our staff being highly qualified and up to date with any new childcare regulations.

Cherry Blossom Creche is operated by Owner/Manager Edel Gargan who has work in childcare for over ten years. Edel, a mother of two, graduated from Saint Nicholas Montessori College in 1999 and continues to work closely with the local health board and the NCNA to continuously improve the childcare service provided.

All of our staff at Cherry Blossom must have up to date first aid certificates and attend on-going training in health and safety, manual handling and other training courses with the National Childcare Nurseries Association.

Every child in our care has an individual key worker. Key workers complete monthly reports on the children’s development in the key areas of physical, intellectual, linguistic, emotional and social development. Staff communicate with parents and discuss their child’s progress on a regular basis.
